The Caldwell Hornets scrimmaged atAcademy last Saturday as new head coach Sean Witherwax got his first look at his team in a game-like setting.
Caldwell scored one touchdown and gave up some TDs in a threeway scrimmage that also involved the JV, and Witherwax said his team learned a lot.
The teams played in 18-minute segments.
