The Caldwell Hornets rallied for a 10-8 win at Smithville on Tuesday, April 23, to secure an outright district championship.
Caldwell had trailed 8-4 after four innings and added three runs each in the top of the fifth and seventh innings for the rally.
Smithville had scored 6 runs in the bottom of the fourth.
