Madisonville’s speed and strong defensive line play caused problems for Caldwell last Friday in a 56-14 home loss, giving the Hornets their third straight defeat.
Caldwell fell to 2-5 overall and 0-2 in district play. Madisonville used a different look on their defensive line to confuse Caldwell, got some big plays early and grabbed a quick 28-0 first quarter lead.
