Chris Deere of the Somerville Yeguas had 5 solo tackles and 8 assists in the Yeguas’ playoff game against Junction last Friday.
Deere is a junior and had a strong season on the Yegua defense this year.
Somerville finished 11-2 for the year and won a district title.
