Caldwell girls varsity sits at 9-2 season record
The Lady Hornet basketball team is off to one of the best starts it has had in recent history -- sitting at a 9-2 record after winning the title game at this past weekend’s North Zulch tournament.
Caldwell went a perfect 4-0 at the tournament, edging Iola in the championship game 56-54.
Jae Mathis led the Lady Hornets in scoring in the title game with 36 points.
