    Caldwell’s Westyn Hughes finished the 2021 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) season ranked third in the world in Tie-Down Roping after placing fourth in the National Finals Rodeo (NFR).

    Hughes was competing in his second NFR which was held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada Dec. 2-11.
