The Burleson County Crushers, an 8U tournament softball team in the area, won the title in the 8U Open division at last weekend’s NCS (National Championship Sports) Central Texas Tournament of Champions 6 GG.
The tournament was played at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock on July 8-9.
The team went undefeated in the tournament, going 4-0 in pool play and 3-0 in bracket play....
