After being 4-0 in district, the Lady Hornets’ winning ways came to a halt last week as they had their toughest week in district play -- playing the 4-1 Taylor and 5-0 Giddings and winding up on the losing end in both matches.
On Tuesday, Caldwell came out aggressively and wouldn’t be denied a first set win, even with a late surge by the Lady Ducks making things a little too close...
