LANDON VYKUKAL earned the eighthgrade Division A boys singles title at the junior high tennis championships.
Caldwell’s Landon Vykukal, Abby Vogler and Lydia Hicks earned gold at the recent junior high district tennis championships in Navasota.
Vykukal won the eighth-grade Division A boys singles title defeating Luke Ferguson of Smithville in the finals 6-3.
To get to the finals, he beat Hunter Stone of Giddings 6-0 and Hudson Tatum of Bellville 6-1.
