The Caldwell Hornets fell to Salado 5-0 and 7-1 in the area playoff series last week to conclude their season.
Caldwell, 14-15-1, lost game one on Thursday, May 11, in Caldwell.
Salado led 1-0 through five innings and added four runs in the top of the sixth.
The Hornets finished with three hits and one error, and Salado had nine hits and one error.
