The Caldwell Hornets snapped a 28-game losing streak in a 3534 come-from-behind thriller at Crockett last Friday in the season opener.
It was Caldwell’s first football victory since September of 2021, when the Hornets started 2-0 before an eightgame slide and then consecutive 0-10 seasons in 2022 and 2023.
