The Lady Hornets split their district games last week to land in a tie with Giddings for fourth place in the District 22-4A standings.
As of Tuesday, Jan. 9, Taylor sat alone at the top of the standings with a perfect 4-0 record in district play.
La Grange and Smithville were tied for second at 3-1.
Manor New Tech was sixth at 1-4, and Austin Achieve was winless at 0-5, sitting seventh.
