The Lady Hornet Varsity Volleyball team kicked off district play last week by defeating Smithville on Friday at home in a four-set match 25-14, 25-22, 2225, 25-23.
Caldwell came out aggressive in the first set and set the tone early with aggressive offense from Caitlyn Faust, Kysen Toney and Reese McManus.
