The Lady Jays hosted their annual girls basketball tournament last week, and Jarrell took home the top trophy after defeating Elgin in the Gold Bracket championship game 32-24 last Saturday.
Jarrell was the top team from Pool B after Thursday and Friday’s pool games, and Elgin was the top team from Pool A.
Aggieland Home-School defeated Anderson-Shiro to place second in the Gold Bracket.
