The Lady Jays built a nine-run lead in the third inning and then held off a Somerville charge to earn an 11-9 victory last Tuesday in Snook.
Somerville got on the board first in the top of the second inning when Wendy Perez scored on a Snook error.
Snook’s bats then came alive in the bottom of the third, scoring 10 runs.
