The Somerville Yeguas lost to Fayetteville twice last week, 13-0 on Tuesday, March 14, on the road, and 25-4 at home on Wednesday.
Both games opened district play for Somerville, who fell to 1-8 overall.
Fayetteville scored three runs in the bottom of the first inning, two in the second and eight in the third to complete the scoring.
