A 58-year-old Cade Lake woman was arrested on Friday, April 10, on a felony charge of assault on a peace officer after initially being arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge.
Christina Marie Lacates was charged with assault on the officer, a separate Class A misdemeanor assault and with two ClassA misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
