A Brenham man was arrested on Friday, July 18, on charges of driving while intoxicated third or more following an officer response to a single car accident.
Billy Raye Griffin, 46, was charged with driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third degree felony, and remains in custody on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
