A 20-year-old Caldwell man was arrested by Caldwell police on Friday, March 29, on a felony drug possession charge during a warrant arrest.
Ashton James Lee Courtney was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, 4-200 grams within a drug free zone and remains in Burleson County custody on $7,500 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
