Chilifest Inc., donated a total of $44,000 to Burleson County nonprofits last Tuesday, Sept. 3, at a check presentation in College Station.
Chilifest is an annual live, outdoor music event held at the Snook Rodeo and Starlight Ballroom off F.M. 3058 and F.M. 60 near Snook, drawing big names in country music and crowds of about 35,000.
