New law reshapes how Texas public school select library materials

    Schools across Texas are facing significant changes in how they select books for their libraries, following the signing of Senate Bill 13 into law.

    Back in May, the Texas legislature passed SB 13 which focuses on regulating public school library materials, reinforces parental oversight and establishes local input mechanisms in school districts.
