Burleson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating an animal cruelty case involving over 100 dogs and cats being housed mostly in cages on a Deanville property, but no charges have been filed.
Chief Deputy Bill Rios said the case has been presented to the Burleson County Attorney’s Office, but no decision has yet been made on whether to pursue charges.
