Groundwater Summit to address property rights vs. regulation

The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District’s panel discussion for their upcoming groundwater summit is titled “Property Rights vs. Regulation: Managing Groundwater Amid Population Growth in Central Texas.”
The summit is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 18 at the Caldwell Civic Center. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
