A Burleson County sheriff’s deputy arrested a 46-year-old Caldwell area man on Tuesday, Dec. 16, traffic stop on a felony drug charge and on a charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Tony Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, 1-4 grams, and with the tampering charge and is now free on $12,000 in bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
