A 30-year-old Caldwell man was arrested on Tuesday, July 2, on a felony forgery charge in connection with a June 6 counterfeit, $50 purchase at Dollar General store in Caldwell.
Mitchell James Terry was charged and remains in custody on a $5,000 bond and on two unrelated bond surrender warrants, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
Caldwell police investigated the incident.
