Gloria Smith’s name has become synonymous with the Dabney Hill community in Snook.
She has been instrumental in Dabney Hill Missionary Baptist Church and Dabney Hill Freedom Colony receiving grants to restore both the church and Ethiopian Star Lodge #308.
