The Reserve Subdivision at Lake Somerville, a gated community off Thornberry Drive in Somerville, is underway with one home completed and another under construction.
A ribbon cutting was scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, at the site, and a total of 145 homes are planned with an anticipated completion in three to five years, developer Jeremy Taylor said.
