The Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) did not issue any new oil well drilling permits in Burleson County in April.
The RRC report is for newly approved permits in the county, not for drill sites which were previously permitted.
Production in the county in March included 736,204 barrels of oil, 679,964 Mcf of casing head gas, 41,837 Mcf of gas well gas and 3,556 barrels of condensate.
