The Snook City Council has approved an ordinance requiring and regulating development plats in the city and the Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
The council approved that at their Monday, Feb. 24, meeting on a 4-1 vote with Mayor Pro Tem Matt Collins voting no, citing concerns over platting costs for property owners.
