Snook, Somerville ISDs pass state school property value study

After both Snook and Somerville ISDs failed last year’s property value studies by the State of Texas, both school districts passed this year’s study.

The Texas Comptroller’s Office recently released the preliminary findings of the 2023 School District Property Value Study.

And, according to Caldwell ISD Chief Operating Officer Heather Escalante, Caldwell ISD also passed.
