The Somerville City Council voted 3-2 to approve a certificate of obligation bond for $1.3 million for the construction of a new city hall building at their meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
Aldermen Kyle Hill, Delfino Orozco and Mark Sager approved, while Alderman Jeff Schoppe and Alderwoman Laura Hoover voted against the measure.
