The Somerville City Council was to consider hiring a contractor for architectural, engineering and construction administrative services for the new city hall building project at their Tuesday, Oct. 14, meeting.
The council in January approved a $1.3 million certificate of obligation bond for the project.
The bond is to be paid back over a span of 20 years.
