The Somerville City Council deadlocked on a 2-2 vote on Tuesday, June 9, on a request by Welch Park Enterprises to renew its sublease with the city for a 50-year term.
Council members Delfino Orozco and Cecily Young voted no, and Jeff Schoppe and Laura Hoover voted yes.
