The year 2025 was a year marked with disasters.
The Texas Hill Country region experienced catastrophic flooding where over 130 people were killed, including over two dozen children at Camp Mystic, a Christian all-girls camp in Kerr County.
There were at least 29 people killed in wildfires in Los Angeles County in California -- also wiping out thousands of homes.
