WORK CONTINUES ON F.M. 975 in Caldwell. Texas Materials Group is working on this TxDOT project to rehabilitate the road, redo the curb and gutter and upgrade drainage. Work is being done from State Highway 21 West to the railroad overpass. Completion is set for the spring of 2026.

A CONSTRUCTION CREW from Texas Materials Group continues their road and drainage work on F.M. 975 on Monday, July 7, in this TxDOT project. Work is being done from State Highway 21 West to the UPR bridge rail with completion set for the spring of 2026, TxDOT said.

A RIBBON CUTTING IS held for The Reserve Subdivision in Somerville off Thornberry Drive on Wednesday, July 2. One home is completed, and another is under construction. Developers are planning a total of 145 homes in three to five years. They are beginning with the first of three planned phases, and city-required infrastructure for phase one is now complete.
