SISD selects SZS to design bond projects

After SZS Architecture of Bryan/College Station assisted Somerville ISD with the district’s facility planning prior to a voter approved bond in May, the district rewarded the firm by selecting them to officially provide the architecture and engineering designs for the bond projects.

County sales tax revenues show decrease in June

Sales tax revenues showed a decrease for June 2025 from June 2024 for Burleson County in Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar’s latest monthly report.However, all cities within the county also showed increases, according to the comptroller.

Commissioners select Rios as county sheriff
