Two hurt in car rollover on SH 36

Two persons were injured and transported to area hospitals following a one-car rollover accident on State Highway 36 North.The accident occurred at 6:18 p.m.

Gas leak at SH 36 work site prompts evacuations

A natural gas leak at a construction site on State Highway 36 South in Caldwell prompted an evacuation of two nearby restaurants on Saturday afternoon, May 10, but the leak was successfully plugged.No explosion or injury occurred, and no property was damaged, said Caldwell Fire Chief Harry Bowers.
