Power outages planned for electric changeover

Caldwell residents are reminded that power outages are planned for Thursday, March 12, and Friday, March 13 as part of the city’s electric conversion process to the ERCOT power grid.Caldwell City Administrator Camden White said the outages should be about one hour each day.
