A Caldwell man was arrested on Monday, March 18, on a felony assault charge in connection with aMarch13 incidentwitha woman on Cannon Street.Tyler Wayne Welch was charged with felony assault/ impeding breath and is now free on $10,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
