    The Lady Yeguas crushed Iola 18-1 in a three-inning affair last Friday.

    Somerville took a commanding 15-1 lead in the first inning.

    All three of Ra’Maya Carter’s at bats were in the first inning -- as the lead-off batter and the final batter of the inning.

    Emma Kovasovic was the winning pitcher for the Lady Yeguas -- pitching a no-hitter. She allowed one earned run off three walks, striking out four.
