The Caldwell Hornets basketball team lost their opener 85-41 to Killeen Shoemaker last Friday in Killeen.
Caldwell trailed 29-10 in the first quarter and 44-22 at the half. The Wolves led 61-32 after three quarters before a 24-9 run in the fourth.
