The Somerville Yeguas lost their opener to Lexington 55-48 last Friday in Lexington.
The Yeguas were originally scheduled to open at Brazos, but the Cougars are still in the football playoffs so the Lexington game was substituted.
Somerville started slow, trailing 17-7 in the first quarter but narrowed the Eagles’ lead to 31-22 at halftime.
