The Hornet varsity boys soccer team opened their season Friday night at home at Hornet Stadium against Jarrell, beating the Cougars 6-0.
Senior David Goff led the Hornets with four goals.
Benjamin Jaimes and Jeffery Tobias each added one goal in the win.
Barret Yates, Quezalcoatl Bautista, Daniel Morales, Francisco Martinez and Tobias each tallied one assist, with Goff getting two.
