Alejandro Zapata Hornet Tennis

  • Last week at the Caldwell Tennis Tournament, Zapata won the boys’ singles title by defeating teammate Dylan Chapman in the finals 6-2, 6-4. Zapata first beat Brady Branson of Thrall 8-0, before beating Max Pierre of Brenham 8-0 in the quarterfinals and Dalton McElroy of China Spring 8-4 in the semifinals.
