The Caldwell Hornets went 2-1-1 last weekend at the Caldwell Tournament.
Caldwell lost to Lexington 4-1 on Thursday, March 2,, tied College Station JV 6-6, on the same day and then defeated Anderson-Shiro 8-3 on Friday, March 3, and Bryan JV 9-5 on Saturday, March 4. Against Lexington, the Eagles broke out of a 1-1 tie with three runs in the top of the third.
