A Bryan man was arrested on Friday, Feb. 23, on a felony endangering a child charge in connection with a Feb. 2 incident on F.M. 908 involving a 3-year-old boy in a car.
Cody Lamark Cooper was charged with second-degree felony endangering Class B misdemeanor trespassing and remains in Burleson County custody on $52,500 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Department.
