Caldwell volunteer firefighters responded to a pickup truck fire late Monday afternoon, March 4, at the Roadway Inn off State Highway 36 North in Caldwell and quickly extinguished it.
Firefighters contained the blaze to the pickup, washed down the exterior of the rooms nearby, and prevented the fire from spreading to the building, said Caldwell Fire Chief David Pevehouse.
