Burleson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a felony fraud case involving $29,379.32 stolen from an elderly Burleson County woman.
Chief Deputy Bill Rios said a woman who knows the victim submitted a fraudulent letter with a forged signature to Citizens State Bank in Caldwell, giving her access to the victim’s bank account there.
