    The Caldwell Hornets defeated Taylor 4-3 last Thursday in 10 innings and Manor New Tech 11-1 on Monday in home games to remain unbeaten in district play.

    Caldwell, 11-7-1 overall and now 4-0 in district play, again won with strong pitching and defense.
