The Lady Hornets came away with two wins last week to end the first round of district with a record of 5-0.
On Monday, the ladies traveled to La Grange, and after seven innings of nail-biting softball the score was still tied at 0-0.
In the top of the eighth inning, Avery Smith led off with a drag bunt single, then stole second base and was moved to third base on a sacrifice bunt from Caitlyn Faust.…
